We ship with biodegradable packaging.

Our products are shipped in biodegradable packaging only.

Our silk scarves are packaged and shipped in recycelt paper and FSC-mix certified boxes.

Our knitwear is packaged and shipped in recycelt paper and home compostable mailers based on corn starch.

Shipping

We currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, but are looking to expand soon.

Extended free shipping for all orders in January 2023.

Regular shipping conditions:

Standard shipping for CHF 7 – order value below CHF 100 – 1-3 business days

Free standard shipping – order value of CHF 100 or more – 1-3 business days.

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Opfikon, Switzerland. Orders are placed for shipment the next business day. We ship by Swiss Post.

Return & Exchange

For returns please send an email to hello@preri.com and state your order number and the item you would like to return.

Our return policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of your order.

We provide you with a printable pre-paid shipping label.

From the refund for the returned items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Shipping costs are non-refundable.The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unworn and unaltered with label attached.

We are not able to offer exchanges on returned items. All returned orders will be refunded once they've been processed at our facility. If you would prefer a different size or color of a returned item, you'll need to place a new order on the website. 

Please do not send the items you want to return back to the manufacturer.

Extended return policy for all Christmas order bought from December 4, 2022 to December 24, 2022. All Christmas orders can be returned until January 7, 2023.
